The ds18b20 uses a 1 wire serial interface, this is the middle pin of the sensor, that is connected to the raspberry pi via the yellow wire in the diagram. Connect your resistor with the 3.3v and the data as shown in the drawn picture. And then connect the raspberry pi 4 model b.
